Working capital is basic funds that is needed to maintain the day by day operations of a company.  A company has certain basic expenditures such as monthly rent, employee salaries, electrical bills, telephone bills, and perhaps certain expenditure associated with its inventory.  Business involves risk and there is always the risk that your expenses may exceed your revenue.

There are certain basic steps that can be taken to ensure that your business is on the right track as far as expenditures and revenues are concerned. In factoring business an expert makes an analysis of all your expenditures and recommends various ways to cut cost in other to maximize your profit. Your may be a skilled technician operating an electrical store but you may not necessarily know much about financing and accounting. You may have a good business sense and be able to manage your enterprise and be wise enough to manage your employees yet your good judgment may be inadequate to maintain your business.

An expert can better give you recommendations in various ways to position your business to meet slow demands and to be able to wisely invest your revenue in areas of the business that may turn up a better profit for you.
